AATYC Entrepreneurship Training Consortium

Two-year colleges foster economic development through entrepreneurship education. Ten colleges have collaborated to develop a common curriculum.

Entrepreneurship courses count towards a technical certificate in business and a two-year business degree and are imbedded in technical programs such as welding, automotive and cosmetology. Noncredit courses are available for business owners and dislocated workers.

The ten “common curriculum” colleges:

  1. Arkansas State University-Beebe
  2. College of the Ouachitas
  3. East Arkansas Community College
  4. North Arkansas College
  5. NorthWest Arkansas Community College
  6. Pulaski Technical College
  7. Southern Arkansas University Tech
  8. South Arkansas Community College
  9. Southeast Arkansas College
  10. University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville
